How do I voice a concern?If you have a concern with your alarm system itself, you should contact the alarm company that installed your alarm system. How do I get an alarm permit?In DeSoto, alarm permits are issued at City Hall at 211 E. Pleasant Run Rd., DeSoto, TX 75115 from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday-Wednesday and Friday, Thursday from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm at the Water Utilities payment counter.
In Cedar Hill, Alarm Permits are issued at the police department located at 601 E. Beltline Rd., Cedar Hill, TX 75106 and can be issued 24 hours per day, 7 days a week in the police department lobby.
In Duncanville, alarm permits are issued at the police department located at 203 E. Wheatland, Duncaville, TX 75116 or visit the website, and you can file for and pay for an alarm permit online.

SWRCC is a consolidated communications center that currently serves the communities of Cedar Hill, DeSoto and Duncanville. SWRCC seamlessly integrates with the police and fire departments of each city so that there is no loss in the quality of service that the public has come to expect. The dispatch center is located in the City of DeSoto in a building dedicated solely to emergency communications operations.
